Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:
Dogs – owners are permitted two pet dogs up to 40 pounds each at adulthood; tenants and guests are prohibited from having pets on the property; all dogs must be registered with the management office.
Rentals – owners can rent units for a minimum of three months and no more than two times per year. No weekly rentals are allowed.
Minors – Children under the age of 16 are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times at the pool or in the clubhouse.
Smoking – common areas such as the piazza courtyards, grills, pool, and clubhouse are “non-smoking” areas; this also applies to electronic smoking devices; residents may smoke in their units and on their patios/balconies.
Boat slips – there are no boat slips or direct access to the Intracoastal from the Tuscany community.
HOA payments – set it and forget it with Castle’s easy autopay option; drop payments into the clubhouse mailbox, or mail payments to the address on the payment coupons.
Commercial vehicles – commercial vehicles or advertisement signs on any resident vehicles are not permitted.
Storage units – storm shutter storage is available on the property for residents; bike storage is available on property; personal storage units are available on a first-come basis.
Restaurants – there are restaurants within walking distance on South Federal Avenue; there are no restaurants or food concessions on the association property.
Theater – movies and live theatre venues are conveniently located near the condominium association; there is no performing arts facility on the property.
Golf & Tennis – residents have access to Tuscany on the Intracoastal’s private tennis court; numerous private and public golf courses of varying skill levels are located near the association.
