Please follow the instructions to complete your application online with Tenant Evaluation. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for applications to be reviewed by the association. This does not include the time it may take you to complete the application online with Tenant Evaluation.
 
*NOTE: The optional Premium service fee only expedites Tenant Evaluation's application process! It does NOT expedite the Management Company or Board approval process!

Realtors & Lenders

Please request all association related documents (governing docs, insurance, etc.) from the current unit owner(s). Management will not be able to provide you with this information. All owners have online access to these documents 24/7.


New Owner Instructions
To ensure timely service to the new owners, please send the following documents immediately after closing to the below address:
1. Warranty Deed or Settlement Statement 
2. Amount due to the Association
 
*All assessments must be paid in full to the association prior to, or at the time of settlement. Any balance not paid becomes the responsibility of the new owner. Nothing herein shall constitute approval of the association to the transaction which is the subject of this request. Please contact the association for specific approval requirements.
